Delete Lingua Flow data

Lingua Flow uses an anonymous device identity and does not require an email login. You can delete data directly in the extension without opening a support request.

Delete server data

1. Open the Lingua Flow side panel.
2. Click “Delete my data” at the bottom.
3. Review the notice and confirm permanent deletion.

Confirmation immediately deletes the anonymous account, device credentials, monthly allowance, usage records, and feedback, and clears the Chrome Sync recovery credential. This action cannot be undone.

Delete local data

After completing the step above, remove the extension in Chrome to delete the remaining credential and settings stored on that computer. Text that never left the device is not on our servers.

If you already uninstalled

Reinstall the extension. When Chrome Sync is available, the anonymous identity can be restored so you can use “Delete my data.” If that is not possible, contact the publisher through the support page.
